At Cotes of London, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer free returns and exchanges on all eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and securely seal the box using the provided prepaid label.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
